Why would you call that person a Karen? By definition Karen is a white female. You don't know if they are either. Can you fathom the idea that there are black people out there that cringe at hearing the language botched? I don't want people to think "well they can't speak correctly because they belong to a certain race". I earn a living through communicating and I want people focusing on what I say not how I say it. This is not "keeping it real" or "selling out". You are the real Karen here by assuming and accepting that people may pronounce things differently because of skin color.

CV has to be combined with another sleeve. There’s no way to sustain a sale force as large as these without combining them. Can you believe nobody is calling on the endos? Everyone is tripping over each other in other division and remember Sarah Walter’s said that Cv is good for another “5-10 years” how inspiring. Hang tight folks, a shakeup has to be coming. So take a look who else is in your city, even in another sleeve, they’ll be your partner.
 




The duplication of effort runs much deeper, not only reps but management and Wilmington as well. Renal is a joke, check with your Andexxa rep. What have they sold? No need for Endo/Neph, Andexxa and CV to be standing alone. Why would it continue? B, is the only one that makes any profit. Farxiga never will. Andexxa is a complete joke. Problem is the one at the top thinks CV is a bunch of whiners. The object has and always will be for Wilmington to never be touched and adjust field head count as needed to protect the needless mass on Concord Road.
 




It doesn't make fiscal sense, although that has never stopped them before, to keep all these salaries in the field. Hire young people. Less salary, love electric vehicles and work OMNI channel calls all day. You don't get the specialty attitude and they fill out there VEEVA perfectly to justify others existence. Even Casey Jones couldn't keep the train running forever.
 




If it has to happen it will. But in the meantime why don't these people get insight into direct management. DSM makes or breaks your gig. Directors are lazy and don't care to have skip level anonymous meetings with Sales District minus the DSM. They don't want to know us, or the vibe and just don't care, If you have your metrics in line you are fine. When is the last time a Director talked to your team without a script. Eliminate people that are garbage.
