SLT signed Non disclosures today about restructuring of CV team in effect July 1st. All open Positions have been frozen, as you well know. DSM’s are being pressured to enter EOY rankings asap. Regional collaborations will soon begins to rank out sales force.

Makes sense, no promotion money left for B and Farxiga isnt happening fast enough. The push for people to move to the new division is concerning. metrics were baked high for a reason. Not a year for a less than stellar rating.
 








Criteria will be based on 5 buckets, rated 1 through 5 for each capability. Those below an aggregate of 12 will be disqualified for discussion, geographies are still being discussed. Don't expect any self-identification. Reps 2 weeks per year of service minimum 3 months severance. Talk to your DSM now about your standing.
 












Some sort of restructuring with Andexxa team. They are getting absolutely nothing accomplished. That group complains about things being so hard, bottom line they can't sell s$#!. Definitely needs to be looked at when you examine ROI.
 




You are right there is an argument for trimming Andexxa and giving us that product. There is no need to have that many people in the ED and Cath Lab. I know the rep in my territory struggles with even getting in the door. The problem is it will become a game of who gets to keep their people. They (Senior Leadership for Andexxa and CV Specialty) will both have to present why their respective teams are more effective and revenue generating. There really is no more need for marketing dollars behind B, its been 10 years! They write it or they don"t by now. Just reality
 




Bottom line, its is up to us to see where we stand in the district, region. Just like with customers, we have to ask. DSM's need to be pushed as to where where we are ranked on the team with the capabilities part. Diversity is something that is out of our control. I am going to ask that question on our next team call. I know they will try and dodge the question. Keep pressing and asking them to be transparent on capabilities rankings for 2022.

This is valid point. Arguing your metrics and making yourself seem indispensable could play a role in keeping our position. So long is wokeness doesn't rule the day. But we've seen tech companies like FB cut across the board not rhyme or reason. Easier to make it random legally than about ranking.

I asked my DSM about capabilities rank. At first she acted like she hadn't heard of such a thing. I then pressed about 2022 and she said they all had to do it. She would not let me know where I stood. That is not good. Also, she let me know that my time for year end review was non-negotiable. I hope you guys are getting more transparency.

How are you privy to this Info? Don’t know how credible you are. And I doubt there will be layoffs in CV.

That is funny! Its to bad these things have to drift into negativity. The people like that are the ones that will not ask any questions regarding these points and get a straight answer. Its much easier to be a worm than take action. Is that the same guy with the insatiable mother? He is a little stressed out.
