Morale will get a lot lower now since KK is mandating everyone be vaccinated, no weekly testing allowed. You either get the shot or you are fired. Their deadline of November 19 means if you leave or get fired you are not eligible for your Q3 bonus. The leadership wants to show everyone how "woke" they are. Reps are already woefully underpaid compared to industry Specialty Reps and for Q3 no one was 100% to objective.
