Is the pay significantly less for this position? I saw it said no selling?
This is a bullsh*t job that is sealing the deal to screw everyone that is left in pharma sales! All it now requires is an associate's degree and "no selling". So now any Joe Shmoe can have a "pharma job". Congrats for whatever company this contract is for, for making this industry that much worse.
total compensation including bonus $42,000. 500/month car allowance (cash) plus .18/mi, ,full benefits health, 401kwith match vacation etc.

How do you know what the compensation is? How many reps are to be hired? Is there another AZ respitory project starting?

Also, if not a sales position, how intense is the product training? I wouldn't think it would be as detailed? (No pun intended
And are there tests?Do you really think they will hire experienced reps? I have my doubts, especially since the position only requires a highschool diploma. Believe me, I would apply if I thought they may consider me, but with 5+ years selling experience I have my doubts. It would definitely be a step back, but I need to feed my child.
the job requires an associate degree but most CSAs have a 4year degree.

Managers for CSAs only. They won't hire pharma reps, most hires are fresh out of college or have customer service experience - not sales experience. Base pay is 35.
