I take it there are management? The money will be wasted in it won’t solve there problems such as not being able to keep employees or the lack of training. Yeah you can be a bigger lab but it does not mean it will be a success

it would be nice if supervisors/managers actually knew how to do some of the jobs here. They just sit there and cannot problem solve when an issue comes up. Pathetic.

They don't care if you have talent, they promote friends that are clueless. This place is a disaster. But don't worry we're going to be stealing hundreds of millions of dollars from the federal government for Covid! We'll do the testing but in a few short months it'll be discovered that we screwed something massively on the tests and we'll probably get fined for $50 million by the government. I have 0 faith in leadership around here. Management stays behind closed doors all day. Chicago investors are running this place. Temp idiots "trying" to help out. Sales reps throw a phleb in a 1 doc practice (we'll never turn a profit). I also heard that we lost a pathologist from the Atlanta derm group we own. That's great news for this dump!
 






Do your job lab rat. don't worry about management or decisions that you possibly cannot understand! Maybe if you focused a little more at your job and didn't get on this site during your potty breaks, you might be considered for a promotion.

Here are PathGroup our management team is great. They'll spend all day telling you this. They also separate their shoulders patting themselves on the back. By the way, more lab employees are quitting. It's like a turn style over here.
 






When is Chicago going to sell us to someone else? These investors are idiots. 80,000 Covid tests a day!?!?!?! My ass. We can't handle that volume. Good luck to sales, TAT is going to be even WORSE.

COVID19 and SARSCOVH are going to make the Executives a ton of money as the wind down their careers and cash out. Regular employees are getting the screw job and hard.
 












So we make this big announcement that we are prepared to run 80,000 Covid tests a day....we ain't running anywhere near that. That was a promotion for the investors. Let them think that the money is on the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company took the $22,000,000 federal grant but will never do 80,000 tests. They only have to show ‘capacity’ to do 80k. They’ll never ramp up beyond 22-23k. And the government paid for it all.

The executives are getting rich off of covid.

Completely agree. This was a scam the entire time. We grabbed the cash and ran like hell. At some point the Feds will start looking for their money ( a few years from now) hopefully our rich executive team is living on an island somewhere.
