There isn't much for profit in TX right now, but we need more volume out of it. It's hard with places like Arbor diagnostics, as they'll offer things to doctors that we won't. Ok, so an IOP isn't the best idea in all practices I agree, but at least it's getting the volume up.
 






TAT sucks, tests are backed up. we're doing over time to catch up. we hired temp labor, but they stink. we're going to continue to limp along until someone buys this dump. I heard a couple of accessioners are going to quit.

yes, with all the covid specimens coming in it’s overload and the temps will be used to handle that. More and more people will hit their point and “move on” from here!

We've lost a lot of good people and replaced them with idiots in the lab. Management is clueless. The investors don't appear to want to put more money in this place.

Everyone has their breaking point. Seen people hired recently that weren’t here long at all. Management is a disaster. If the investors knew what was really happening why would they want to put more money into this place!

Great point. I remember a woman who couldn't have been here for 3 weeks, then she's gone. I'm only staying until I find something better.

After getting, yes it's very different. I was sold on this being a professional laboratory, then I met all of the managers/supervisors. None of them show any understanding of what we do in this laboratory.

agreed, seems they will take anyone especially in management/supervisor roles. Seen several leave weren’t here long. It’s amazing and pathetic the level of disorganization that goes on with this company

The company has made nearly $100,000,000 off of covid19 so far and expecting that number to skyrocket with capacity increasing 8-fold. PathGroup, like all labs, is getting RICH off covid19.

PG is also dropping that revenue in a separate bucket to avoid paying bonuses and commission.

Is anyone actually surprised that they are avoiding bonuses and commission? I mean this company would step on their grandmother to pick up a nickel!

They have lost their minds over the covid cash. Now the government is giving them a 20 million dollar handout to escalate capacity which will allow them to make hundreds of millions of more covid cash.

Have employees had their lost pay restored yet?

How many saw the email about them getting a grant/fund and how they are going to make Pathgroup into a bigger lab? If they can ever keep people or get them trained right? The kicker is how they thank “us” for all of hard work for making this happen!
