If anyone in any job had been as wrong as Fauci, and their errors had the same disastrous consequences, their resignation would be expected and if they didn't resign their firing would be demanded.

In other words, he has no fucking idea so he's hedging with "might." We "might" see things that "might" turn into other things.

You don't destroy a nation on a "might."

I blame Trump. He should have stopped press briefings after initial “15 Days to slow the spread”, and sidelined Fauci and Birx. Remember, this nation was shut down to ensure we had sufficient ventilators and hospital beds available. We never reached that point and never will. Then it turned into we need more testing. Then we need a vaccine. Trump needs to redeem himself by NOT bailing out any blue states who were fiscally broke and mismanagemed before this breakout. No bailouts for California or New York beyond costs incurred from Covid.
 






What you are witnessing in some States is a condition similar to what brought American colonist leaders to sign the Declaration of Independence. To wit: "Whenever any form of government becomes destructive...it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute a new Government...".
 






Iam 48 I had this and it was no big deal not even as bad as most of the colds I’ve had. I didn’t know at the time thought I had a mild flu. Still went to the gym everyday, still saw my elderly parents every week (arms length distance cause I knew I wasn’t feeling well), still went to work. I had a mild dry cough pretty much only early in the morning, chest tightness, and slight headache for about two weeks. The 3rd week only had the chest tightness on and off (strangest symptom but still very mild). IMHO this is a scam and only high risk need to be quarantined.

You weren’t feeling well and visited your elderly parents went to the gym and work? Not sure I’m buying it but if so very reckless and unintelligent behavior. Agree with initial point.
