The incubation period for the virus can be up to 3 weeks. 1 rep going into offices could expose hundreds of people in that time.

This sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen exposing employees

Trump said to cease all non-essential visits to hospitals and doctors offices.

We should utilize emails, phone calls, sample shipments, etc until we have more info.
 


















I wouldn’t want to be calling on PC offices, You can’t sue either. Stay home and go out on FMLA till this is contained in a few months. Most don’t have funds to do this so just do your job and follow CDC guidelines. America is strong and will overcome this minor hurdle.

I’m in Metabolics. Some offices have canceled all lunches for the future. On the other hand there are some that say this is ridiculous and everyone is overly cautious. One wouldn’t sign my iPad and another shook my hand.
I can see if they suspended detailing for 4 weeks, it’s a tough call.
 






























HCV franchise is handling this very well. Have had several calls discussing concerns and action plans. The focus has been on the safety and well being of the reps and our customers/patients in this franchise. If you are not comfortable entering into a clinic or event ... or have been asked to refrain from making calls to certain hospitals or clinics - just keep the communication open with your DM and don’t do what you feel uncomfortable or have been asked not to do. It’s been really refreshing to know our leadership in this franchise is thinking of our health and safety and taking care of our customers as safely and respectfully as possible.
 
























Eisai -30 days, UCB -6 weeks, Greenwich Bio Scienxe -2 weeks then re-evaluate, Novo Nordisk - 2 weeks-All large institutions banning non- essential people + sales UF, Mayo etc.
 












Nice email from Gonzales. All about how the home office is protecting itself, tone deaf to field reps.

So they are restricting meetings to no more than 10 people, maintaining social distance? Meanwhile we are told to continue with MEI programs and lunches? Smashed together at a table? Possibly carrying the virus from office to office?
