You forgot a few key items. Some time when others do not think when it does occur with prejudice and timing to delay and progress as all things are equal yet very separate.

I am a hard worker, not a slacker. I tend to agree with the poster that says this job is demanding for part time. I agree. I think that they should put in a few days a year for either sick days, vacation or weather conditions. Seriously, why not have a paid day off. A paid holiday? That isn't asking too much. It is going to end the end of the year. I will continue to work hard and hope for the best.
