Late to the conversation and inaccurate information - linvatec and conmed have not "merged" - not even close. Anyone should be able to follow up and confirm that I'm providing correct information -
At AAGL in Vegas. Surgeons are asking Conmed "why should I use Altrus vs. Ligasure" and the answers are hilarious and make Conmed look even less credible.
Sadly, survival not credability is what ConMed's worried about.
I am looking at an opportunity for es. I am having second thoughts after reading this board. I am told there have been a lot of changes recently for the better. Is this true?
Help!! I need honesty...why should I not go to work here for ES?? This will effect me and my kids! Please give me real answers
Heard this is close to launch and people claim it's a game changer.
oh its out. and it already killed someone http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfmaude/detail.cfm?mdrfoi__id=2704431[/
This is not the first time a surgeon has taken a patient back to the OR after using a vessel sealer. Ligasure, Harmonic, Gyrus, it's happened with all of them.

Are you a total DumbAss?????? Read all the post on here on how bad the ES div is. Your so stupid you belong with this company!
And "you're" stupid because you don't know the difference between your and you're. And it's "posts" not post when referring to multiple posts. I know, English and grammar super hard. Dumbass.
ConMed reportedly trying to sell off the ES division which is massively under performing after missing Altrus goal by over 10 million dollars.
Really - Conmed ES and Linvatec sales merging......where do you get your information from as that seems unrealistic given Linvatec has both direct and distributor sales forces. Or is that just wishful thinking from yet another disgruntled employee?????
