These are all real answers. If you are deciding if you should take a job solely based on what you read on cafe pharma you have issues. Do some research. Talk to reps. Talk to surgeons. Educate yourself. If you are working in a factory or on a road crew painting lines this is probably a step up. If you have a lot of offers from A level medical companies this is a step down.

At the end of the day this is a hard job. The company has a terrible strategy and is run by amateurs. But I am sure some people make it work.

This is not the first time a surgeon has taken a patient back to the OR after using a vessel sealer. Ligasure, Harmonic, Gyrus, it's happened with all of them.

Really - Conmed ES and Linvatec sales merging......where do you get your information from as that seems unrealistic given Linvatec has both direct and distributor sales forces. Or is that just wishful thinking from yet another disgruntled employee?????

You were pretty close. Wasn't ES merging with Linvatec but Endo. Where does ES fit in now??
