If you think the culture here is bad, go ahead and apply at Intracellular. Holy shit bad. PIPs and firing for the smallest infraction with no notice or warning. Good ol boys promoting each other and protecting bad actors. Terrible company. The grass is not always greener.

I think things are that bad because my manager is shit, and it appears his boss and his boss’s boss are shit too. And the ceo doesn’t give a shit, so there’s lots of shit being thrown around here. Managed care couldn’t get their shit together enough to get coverage in my state and all of my bonuses have been shit. Take into consideration I was THE shit at my previous companies and always bonusing and winning awards.

I’ll take my chances. This place is shit.

They’re one and the same…both organizations are overrun with Forest Labs alumni….both operate as if it was the early 2000’s
 












No one is obsessed w Brady it is either leadership or legal that purposely keeps flooding these threads to deflect from the real serious issues at axesome being discussed on here so people get annoyed and stop posting and/or reading the truth about this shit hole. I've never been on a company's thread that was almost 100% accurate truthfuo about a company and it's people. Worst experience of my career ...
