Alot of truth to this.
And many of those scripts the company is eating. It'll be more interesting to see which territories are actually converting the most scripts that are actually being picked up by the insurers and not just being paid for 100% with the copay card and a specialty pharmacy willing to continue running them willy nilly.

Run as fast as you can unless you are in absolute desperation. The company culture is toxic. Intracellular is doubling their sales force as well as BMS. Look at the territory you are applying for…is it city or rural? If it’s rural then run for the hills.

Really? Every single SAM who just got back from the Auvelity Axsome Elite trip had a Specialty Pharmacy in their back pocket. Not to mention the bonus that all these reps have been paid.
