Compete IC meltdown! Bad data. Poor Capture. Cut IC staff. WTF?













I just came here from Gilead and their IC and data capture is just as bad. These Pharma companies don't care about buying good data. It saves them money on the data itself and on IC payout.

I find it very easy. No performance responsibility whatsoever.

Sure, my lollipop head of a DM shows up ever 6 weeks or so full of ideas about HIQs, segmentation, pre-call planning(whatever she was told to do) and she makes a few calls and mostly goes over any compelling emails I have sent, any cross regional collaboration Ive committed to, any calibration worthy call outs she can summarize. Think about it. Not that hard. I just need to enter my calls just like the plan says and I'm considered stellar. Of course there's the two calls a week I have to endure, but I just enter calls while it's happening. Could be a lot worse.

I accept whatever my IC payout is and no longer bother about credit. I have zero clue as to my rank. Again, not that bad a gig.

So STFU and just collect. Pay. Medical. IC. 401k match. Bravo. Contests. All you have to do is two things:

1-enter calls according to ZS plan
2-make up some collaboration shit

Meanwhile, you can do whatever side hustle suits you. Mine is not too lucrative, but in 10 hours a week, I've made and additional $130,000 the past few years.

Again, think it through. No one cares. At least in the Dynasty.
 






The worst is the attitude of the IC people. They hate reps. Hate they get IC at all. Work all angles to screw them, especially in California with regards to Otezla.
What IC people? The company dissolved the entire team last fall. We don't have anyone in IC. No one to reach out to now and no one to respond to email questions.
