COMPANY UNSTABLE, WITH ONE PRODUCT, AND MANAGEMENT IS A REVOLVING DOOR

Re: Notice to all who use this pathetic forum

that is the worse advice and response. Considering you only want to share your thoughts up here shows that you don't know what the majority think. You don't even know all the data so don't speak to it. When the right patient is identified, efficacy exceeds 50%. If you did your homework like some of us you'd know that. If you did your homework even up here and read other company posts like regeneron you'll see they have issues too. Stop whining and share your thoughts openly versus hiding behind this stupid site.

50%???? I would like to smoke what you're smoking. Must be some good, hallucinating shit.

All people do not agree with CB If we had decent leadership in the beginning we would have had MSLs in accounts each and every day post launch to monitor the situations instead we had a used car salesman approach from sales leadership to shove the drug down the throats of (need I say) some of the brightest physicians on earth...It was the RAM's on the team with former retina experience that knew this was a disastrous approach but no one would listen. A soft launch in key accounts with MSL monitoring, tweeking, etc is the correct way to launch a biologic....instead greed was in charge and now we are here.....pathetic.

we were blatantly asked to lie about many crucial facts about the drug to get a vial out of the physicians. while MSL team had "office days" and "meetings", we were left dealing with every single issue imaginable.

Hmmm, guess Alcon isn't very good management either then.
