1. You'll be lucky if you go on the trip and this company or many people are still here in September.
2. This probably saved them a boatload of money. Rainy season = Cheaper.

They are definitely looking out for you. They are looking at everything!
Calls, samples, mileage, gas, tolls, you name it. If it can be tracked it is!
So make sure you're making enough calls a day, sampling the correct % of doctors (but not too many samples?!) Oh hey Kevan when is that smaller sample size coming?
All while having ZERO support. Everything here is reactive instead of proactive and nobody has answers but they blame the field. it must be something we’re doing it couldn’t possibly be them. Just raise goals because they need to save money by not filling the empty territories and forcing others out.

But hey they appreciate us! Isn’t that the speech that Kevan gives us every single time we have a call?
 






Are we seriously talking about leadership trips? I realize reps are working hard and should be compensated. Leadership trips really needs to be tied to company goals as well. You can’t feel good about sending reps to leadership trip on this scale when the company is failing.

I completely agree, I'd rather have a payout than spend 4 days with these people, but that will never happen. Look at when BS was here. He came in, went to Hawaii (which he didn't earn) but he got to go and left a few months later.
 






So mark todd and the executive team are planning another get away at the expense of shareholders? Another 50 support people too? This is insanity. The stock is at a dollar. Give everyone a 20k check and move on. These trips are for their egos.

I have never heard of a company that takes almost the whole home office. On the backs of under appreciated reps. Not right. What are they doing to support success? We need a lot more from you people to justify your all expense paid fun in the sun. We need help Kevan. I have spoken to you. You have spoken to others. You know what we need. Execute man or abdicate
 










































Morale at an all time low. Depressing to represent the name. Even some of my docs complain about the stock price… guess they trading retail. Please let it end. New CEO, breath of fresh air needed. Rx Coverage please!
 


















They have done a really good job of fostering an environment of fear. Nobody I talk to wants to be here, nobody I talk to wants to give any effort because they are either being targeted, they have zero support, feel like nobody in management knows what they’re doing. I have never seen such low morale at a company it's defeating.
 












I feel like I should go to HR but I don’t think they’ll do anything. I was with my manager the other day, and I’ve been getting alerts on my phone that there’s an AirTag nearby, I don’t have one. Today I found an AirTag in my bag. It is not mine. During the day my manager was with me they were going over expectations that seemed a bit overbearing, and I feel like they may have put it there.
