Yeah, at under 50 cents, it looks like delisting is inevitable. I doubt we see a 100% increase before December. This has happened in the past quarters as well-old news

if your an investor or looking to apply for a job hear look up the latest OIS ASRS panel bashing Alimera management and market research team. Savage!
Can you post the link to this?
If I heard these MD's correctly, efficacy and safety are the main issues. ALIM's drug only adds to time span of delivery. Are they addressing improved efficacy and safety like other drug companies ? I see nothing in the pipe line so they are at risk to abruptly being replaced by a better product that addresses these main concerns.
Reverse Split to keep the patient from flat lining........only matter of timeBusiness model continues. Adding more countries where their product is "approved" but not used (Germany today) as it breaks .40 and hits a new intra-day low. Next stop ALIMQ
Forced stock purchasing from executive team to see if they can float above a dollar! Desperate move.Reverse Split to keep the patient from flat lining........only matter of time
I think they are just printing shares to hand out to management instead of salary which is diluting shareholder equity. Think the SP will go down as management cashes in these shares on the open market. Any way to screw the shareholders is in the ALIM playbook.Forced stock purchasing from executive team to see if they can float above a dollar! Desperate move.

I thought the managements monthly share purchase was a move to demonstrate that they have confidence in their own company. Putting their money where their mouth is, so to speak....
