retention bonus of 30K for all managers and up minus taxes would be about 15K in the pocket and it's paid out in Sept (allegedly)how much???
Just curious what if you refuse to buy a car. Do they fire you? None of us signed up for this when we came to work here. Severance?

Any updates on this car situation haven’t heard a word about it
How is the pilot program going for the REPS that volunteered?
I’m currently $44,000 in debt, lost $57 dollars last month on gas, spend $147.83 on insurance, $227.44 on a flat tire. Going pretty good
how is the program going for people? I cannot believe the amount of people who went out and purchased new/expensive cars.
I don’t even think they could find people to do it. Why the hell would volunteer for this given the state of this company
The majority of the 30 ppl are FRMs, management and home office people who have cars. Makes sense why FRMs and others would do it, they can fly and Uber to the airport. Originally there were only 3 reps in the program out of the 75 offered. They had to extend it to others who didn’t technically qualify with an aged car or max miles to get more reps. I heard there are a few more reps who volunteered. I’d love to get the feedback if they are loosing money or not.
