Looking to apply here but hearing all these crazy thoughts about this company. I was not told that the fleet cars are going away, is this true for all reps? That is very misleading if that is the case.
I was was offered 115k/year as my base salary. This seems low considering I have 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Can anyone offer some insight. TIA!!

Obviously by KB putting that fleet call out there he knows we aren’t happy, the question is , will this call be another coffee talk where he tries to convince the ones who don’t think for themself that this is a good idea!!! KB how about you stick up for your reps, how about you support us, how about you quit drinking the gallons of koolaid and go to bat for us and say NO! Tell them we don’t get paid enough to go buy a car and asking us to do so is clueless to where the majority is financially. Tell them we are tired of working hard for low salaries, no bonuses , loss of stock and now buy your own car. Help YOUR sales force out , we’ve produced , we’ve stayed loyal. Now it’s time for you to say enough is enough. These guys deserve more!! Don’t just patronize us with these calls. Show us that y’all actually care and are not just talk , bc after all , “endo always does right by the people , don’t they” . Time to be about it Endo!
So sad to see how much of a line in the sand there is between leadership and the sales force… Once was so proud to be apart of this company, now it seems as if it’s only a matter of time before this ship sinks because of all the tension and incompetence
This isn’t good for the company to head into a new year as a potential new company and have this much push back and disappointment from sales force. Not one person I have talked with from multiple teams is happy about fleet going away. Not one.
They had the money (bonus) to give managers and other leadership positions to hold tight through BK, but what will they do for us to hang on during this uncertainty.? Tell us to buy a car?
Sales force is just not caring any more. Goals are absolutely outrageous, inflation is crazy, and now you are expected to buy a car. FYI, i looked up Subaru Foresters, they are more than 31k that Scott keeps talking about!!!
