Company cars or car allowance

Get over it. You got more to come here. We pay higher than industry average, so just work/drive less each day like most of us do.
Wow you sound angry. Did the company pull one over on you? And based on my starting salary and others that I know here, I disagree on your “higher than industry average” comment. Inaccurate so perhaps you are under paid thus leading to your anger.

New hire here. I feel I will be losing significant money due to out of pocket auto expenses. are there any plans to move to company cars?
This has been a long standing issue here since the beginning. Bottom line, you can’t make up for out of pocket car expenses. the company tries to plug in RSU’s to bridge the gap but that does not cut it. There are too many other companies out there that offer a free car plus RSU’s and other strong incentives as well. I’m sure this post will draw the typical defensive response of well go work someplace else. Look his is an ok gig all things considered but not a great gig. The no car is a big gap in the comp package here that should be evaluated by all. Just account for 15-20K of lost pay annually do to the no car.

Yep, that about sums it up. Pay bump to come here was swallowed up my first year for giving up my free car with previous company.

It’s total BS. this place pays in the 130/140s when you factor in car/gas out pocket costs. very misleading.
130/140s, damn that's all. I heard your competitor just did a huge market adjustment on salaries where reps saw a major jump in base pay. Rewarding those who have been there 3-5 years are now in the 150's+. Oh and by the way, they get free cars like Volvos, Pathfinders and GMC Acadia's. I guess that's what's happening over there when they are grabbing market share now with a far superior product in Austedo XR.

Truth is Teva is no better and prob worse with their comp package. If aggressive comp is what you want, neither place is that place.

Sounds like somebody ain't hitting their numbers. Lol. Loser
Not the 12k person. I’m the 16-18k person and I rock my numbers. I don’t like subtracting 16-18k annually off my annual earnings to pay for a work car. save the BS answer of go find another job. This company needs to take the high road and make this car thing right. It’s cheesy and fraudulent way of doing things.

Aren't you the one that should go find another job if you don't like it?
