Lots of defensive words. You may need a break from your great job.
Never had to drive a Malibu . I Have worked for small and big companies and win awards. I've also never worked for a cheap ass company with only car allowances. I can guarantee that your salary is not improved by getting a car allowance. In fact, it's likely less as you don't get the perks of the company car. Good luck ass face.
You "win" awards? Or you "won" awards? LOL
Now I know you're full of shit. Because if you were honest, which you clearly are not, you would know that MOST people make out like a bandit with car allowances. Maybe not all, which apparently you did not, but I did and many others. You have no facts to back what you just said and again, if you want someone to pick you out a car for yourself and wipe your ass for you, then so be it. I don't personally need to be told what to do or what car I should drive. Choice is a cool thing. Maybe your car wasn't a Malibu, maybe it was a Ford instead with cloth interior and an AM/FM radio and 8-track car stereo. Usually it's the bottom of the barrel piece of crap cars that are stripped down to basically nothing....If you like that sort of thing and enjoy waking up every single day hopping in your "great" car to make calls, then so be it...I personally don't....Since I spend the majority of my time in my car and it's my office, I personally want to choose what I drive around in and not be handed something to me and that's it..I usually average an extra $200 or so a month with my car allowance. It probably would be more if I had gotten a hybrid or a car with better gas mileage or even purchased one that had a few miles on it instead of brand new.... but I'm happy with my selection and my family is too...
The "cheap ass" companies you are referring to because they provide a car allowance are also the ones that pay the most bonus. So keep on making your 20-30K at plan and I will continue to rake in 40-50K at plan...I'd much rather my company take that extra money (from not offering company cars) and put that extra money where it truly belongs - with the salesforce
Bo-Bo face...
