This is all part of the Management plan to rid itself completely of the old guard and place a bunch of green reps in their place for a fraction of the pay. This is what happens when a consultant that has never sold a thing is placed in charge. This ship has a huge hole and water is rushing in. Stand by for the next 30-45 days and watch some of the past and present superstars leave for their truly greener pastures. The dumpster fire is blazing.

Use to sell video for this company and it is a beast!!! Anything less than 225,000.00 to do that job is highway robbery. The other specialties urology, and Ent especially are WAY overpaid!

Completely Agree! Selling video is an extremely demanding job on all fronts.

I laugh at people that think that product knowledge is that important in sales. It’s one thing to know your product but, its a whole other level to know all of the minutia that doesn’t mean a damn thing.
He is killing it because he is a lone wolf. He understands how to sell. If you like training, become a nurse or a clinical sales rep. This is Capital Sales Son! Whole different ball game.

Welcome to technology sales- the reason why we pay less is because it's a total commodity now.

Any millennial with zero experience can step in and do the job. We used to do presentations all the time and consultative creative sales---ask yourself when was the last time you presented to a boardroom full of executives. Now the only time you present is when you get called to the principals office to explain some runaway bull shit repair bill.

It's over. If you don't like wearing scrubs and servicing broken shit all day long then Id be looking for a new gig. They might as well give us all FST vans full of cables and parts.
 






If anyone thinks that Storz is a good value is delusional. Outrageous service contract pricing that will take a minimum of 6 months to get from repair services is not “value”.

Oh and let’s talk about the new disposable flexible intubation scope that will most likely burn a patient and given its size it will probably be a pedi patient. And that’s if you get the thing to actually produce an image.
