Commission Changes

This is so hilarious and so sad at the same time. How could anyone be working for this company for ANY amount of time and not see the writing on the wall?

Don't wait for worthless, deceitful, back-stabbiing manager's to come around to tell you what the latest slap in the face is going to be!

Anyone that still thinks they have future with "PPS" is in for one RUUUUDE awakening........

Could not agree more. I am calling in sick tommorrow to go on a 2nd interview with another DME company. I'm not waiting for the day to come to show up to work and see a big "closed "sign on the front door.

Well I can tell everyone after consulting with "my" attorney not to give 2 squirts about their little non-compete.

In fact....... BRING IT!

Depends on the state you live in. If you live in a "right to work state" it isn't such a big deal. If you don't, it does. I paid three different attorneys trying to get out of it. No go. But in the end it really didn't matter. Couldn't stand the BS anymore so am out of 02 for awhile.

Just recently had qbr's, one of the newer reps asked about the new commision structure and was given the song and dance. I couldnt believe it, I wish they would just come out and tell us!!!! I would rather just know what Im getting into to. I have put up with this crap for too long. If the change is too extreme, I am already interviewing. There is more time dealing with problems and putting out fires than actual selling. If all I did was sell, I can only imagine how successful I would be. In addition, I have managers that are total idiots.

The new Fry cook at Mcdonald's will make more $ their first 3 months, than the new PCC at Pacific Pulmonary Services their first 3 months.

Welcome to the "new world" of PPS.

I don't know why I decided to check out PPS on cafe pharma morbid curiosity maybe?... but after looking at the posts nothing has changed in years. I was there for the most horrible 17 months of my life! In that time I saw 3 Ops Managers Fired as well as 3 District Mangers get fired/leave. I have been in sales for 17 years and never saw anything like this! The turnover for PCC was at least 90%! Turnover like this leaves a bad taste in the Doctors and patients mouth, no wonder Apria and Lincare are doing so well. , its easy to do with competition like PPS! I know on some of the other company boards there are always those that are negative but in this case if anyone is looking into working for this company......turn and run!! Unless of course you are a sales rep that likes to work for almost nothing, get micro-managed and try to do patient care that is illegal, IE: set up a patient on a CPAP without a Respitory Therapy liscence.

You must live in Californian? They can't be enforced there.

True, except they do try to enforce the non-socilit more than anything. Still, I think the company is in trouble. More President club members are going to be announcing their resignations soon. PPS is a little late in responding to PCC's concerns. LOL
