CMX is a train wreck

Starting late April through May with some stragglers finished off by the end of Summer. Toxic place with toxic leadership and no vision. Take the job for the money since job market is dry but keep that CV updated and network like crazy to make your next move. This is what most of us are doing.

Shut up dog, CMX is immune thanks to the fearlessness of our famed leader Gemma Fleece

never tell me to shut up. I will find you and wreck your career if that is the case. As for Gemma, she will wreck it sufficiently for you and make your life miserable so I take pity on you. Gemma and her cronies who suck up to her very being are all smoking something bad and can’t see the cliff they are about to fly off of a cliff. Gemma…what an embarrassment to our company and the industry! Go back to pipetting antibodies Gemma!!!!

Can someone mature answer this?

Nothing concrete announced at CMX yet. We expect any announcements at end of April or early May. Worth noting that WARN notice laws are different in MA than NJ and CA with respect to timing and threshold that includes a percentage of site.

From MA WARN,
"The term “mass layoff” means a reduction in force which first, is not the result of a plant closing, and second, results in an employment loss at the single site of employment during any 30-day period for:

(i) At least 33 percent of the active employees, excluding part-time employees, and
(ii) At least 50 employees, excluding part-time employees.

Where 500 or more employees (excluding part-time employees) are affected, the 33% requirement does not apply, and notice is required if the other criteria are met."
