The poster above making comments about women at Phadia is completely inappropriate. You offend, and harass us constantly. Working at Phadia is very similiar to working in a third world country where misogyny is rampant.

Females at Phadia are the victims. Some superiors take advantage of women- just goes to show what the character of some of the leadership is like. Spouses and children of these individuals are also victims. The above mentioned is one of these unscrupulous and evil beings.

They may be victims of this misogynistic culture but they have power. They will be exercising their rights.

Regarding the above mentioned individual, M. I'm shocked that any Florida rep. (or other) would have anything to do with him. This person is as shady as T.

B and M are very tight. Maybe, Fl rep. took "one for the team" because she was instructed to do so. I've heard of that happening before.

I like the Fl. female reps. Just can't seeing them participating in that event. But, everyone has their own taste. Him, really? Lordy, you would half to be pretty desperate.

Right, M has been taking instructions from T all along. It is a highly imitative culture (there is that word again, DE. Sorry). DK took care of his boy. T is a compelling individual.

My honest assessment is that for all his accomplishments and niceness, D can't relate to the type of person closest to him. I mean it isn't in him to be that calculating so he can't see it in another.They were probably helpful at the start, and ingratiating. Lines cross subtly. When out of range of the leader, you have this mess because the boys do what they do. The fact that the company has been sold is a relief because for once there is hope like someone said. The worst case is we don't have a job,but being cast aside legitimately is far better than having fictions constructed and being thrown under the bus, which by now ought to be the company logo. A Bus with a person's feet sticking out. I have not been victimize, yet, but I have seen it. Last year someone I worked with closely got screwed by T. Totally. That person was smart enough to ask for legitimate help and support along the way, and in turn, actually left things better for many. My team got going and we got a lot done. I say the person was smart as the message about the game being played was delivered and sent without saying anything negative outright, we got the picture. I was left believeing that the smarter you are, the better person you are, and the more strategic and polically smart you are when dealing with others on the outside, the more likely it is you will be screwed. The person predicted what would happen. And it did. Even people around the country who did not know T before got to know him by his acts. That's kind of biblical when you think about it.

Yes - I did take it in college. I coached and counseled others in my past work life. But you, and many others of us peons, have the culture nailed, and have had their number for awhile. It is unlike any other place I have been in my long career. I was talking to an old boss the other day when he asked me how it was going. You can imagine what I said. He shook his head and said, "a competitive culture is fine as long as it's a just culture. But an unjust culture is just plain hell."

I just wish decency was emulated. Plain decency.

My team will not move into action. The team is what is known in many circles as "spin (doctors)" (in a manner of speaking). They like their jobs in that: (1) one has a very shady past (nice guy but it's the truth); (2) one has a S abuse problem or some other mental related issue; (3) one is a model and likes having two jobs; (4) one probably couldn't find a legitimate job at this point; (5) One I like, but wants to retire; (6) one is too new to know different; and (7) the leader is as shady as they come (guess where he lives)...list goes on.

My team, or three of them, got energized because the individual was making headway with some powerful people and we saw how things were being affected at our level. We thought things were going great. I believe the person got canned because of being spread in a lot of directions plus no strategy from her boss. None. He is known for not having one. He wanted direct sales evidence, while we were happy to have the dynamic changed. By group btw I mean three of us. Anyway. Of course Phadia can't back up sales team with strategy. But dinner programs only go so far like I'm not preaching to the choir here.

No happy endings. The message was clear about what was expected of us phadians, including when (now) and means (steak doesn't that buy anything?)
 








So, LS team, who can you trust? I got totally set up by someone in your midst. Saw it coming, thank god. Never could figure out what side this person was on but still I'm in doubt about intentions. I guess my blinders were on. Figuring out the whole structure now.

Phadia management is akin to doctors who blame their patients when they can't figure out what is wrong with them. These doctors have such BIG egos that instead of consulting with another specialist they blame the patient for their problem. Phadia is like that - tell them there is a problem in their culture and it becomes your fault. You become the problem.

You must be one of the few decent ones. Thank you. I'm aghast that phadia upper management is allowed to behave the way they do! When I discuss what is going on at Phadia with my professional friends they are horrified. How they treat employees is absolutely unacceptable.

Upper management must go! And they should be held accountable for their actions- not just a civil class action suit, but criminal charges for some of them too! They have not only ruined people's lives, but have taken steps to further business through questionable and illegal activities!
