Changes to come

Here is the deal, I got the update along with all of the other updates from October that were then pushed back until end of year, then BI contract ended. I got the concur update and it didnt show in SABA first email had a whole bunch copied on it, now I go another one yesterday with only my name on email I looked at it and it is update for 2016 Concur update non manager due date is next month, January and only 118 or 138 got it, cant remember exact. I strongly believe that this means something or they would not select just those reps or anyone at all for that matter. I wish all best luck out there!
 






Prior Publicis rep here and the expense system is totally different from PDI. If anyone is continuing on in 2016, you will be retrained on a new expense system. It is easier than this one that much I can tell you.

If we go with the Publicis standard pay, it's .58 cents/mile, 50.00 office supplies/month, and 50.00 - 75.00/phone-internet depending on contract.
 












PDI will remain named and run as PDI, however, if sale goes through, Publicis will own PDI's CSO part. If you got the update, it is for 2016, remember the number on cc to retain aprox 110-140 that is right in the number of those who got the email for updating and taking the course. So, Today is most likely the day you will be contacted. If you are combivent only you will be told to promote until dec 31st and then first week new year you will be trained on another product. Kerydin, or other as contracts with PUB dictate need. For those of you watching jobs boards, notice how publicis jobs have completely vanished??? It would be nice to have some word for everyone so they can move forward and plan for the new year job wise....
 


















Snooop the concur course is the first clue, it went out to 138 reps only...and is for 2016 update
I did ask about the concur and was told nothing. I only state facts, even though some say I'm BS, but if I was a betting man I would agree that it sounds like it has something to do with it. This is not actual fact, just my guess. All will know soon.

Snoop, they are the concur training is "paid" training at the 18.75 rate why would they pay someone to take a course that they will never use ?? Seems to be a clear sign that if you got the course, you are being retained to do something......
 






Reps receiving bad news, don't be discouraged, if you are in good standing. In the past as contracts increase in numbers and size, those let go have been brought back. Apply for unemployment, relax and enjoy the holidays.
 










































ERT update call who knows if its those staying or going, does not say but it is 15 minutes my guess is managers will reach out to those before if they are staying but at this point who knows what is going on, very frustrating.
 


















Ive cracked the code, in November, everyone was sent the new concur update, if it shows up as cancelled in your file, and you got the new one, that is a sign that you are staying. I show in my saba novembers concur update course cancelled, then I got the new email to do the new concur course, maybe just wishful thinking....I have no fungus...

I didn't get one in Nov, but I got it last week. And it did say that you are getting $18.75 to complete.
