Basically, if you only have combivent, you're gone. You will be required to make calls thrpugh end of dec. If you have less than 10 kerydin targets your territory may be combined with another. The rep with senority and better geography will be kept. Final decisions will be made Monday. Timeline for actually being TOLD of your fate is unknown.

the best approach here is to look, look, and look some more for a new job. It is apparent that there will be some reps retained, and its not only those with Kerydin, there was a mandantory ranking project that every manager had to do; this is done to weed out those that really have not lived up to what the expectations were. Each manager will have a set number of reps and will figure out territories based on product mix: Kerydin, HMN, and possibly a new product. Folks, managers from the DM level on up want people who will do the job. Those that did not wont be retained. I was a manager and anytime I had the chance to weed out a problem, I took that opportunity. Who wants a " I cant make that many calls a week flex time" "Ill do workday when I get the time, Im off today" You know the type....

This lack of communication infuriates me. I have been through MANY downsizes in the contract world. I have never had an organization announce a contract ending with the promise of a follow up within a couple weeks and then just go MIA. Managers won't return emails or communicate with reps, upper management isn't keeping their word on timeline, etc. We at least are owed SOME sort of communication apologizing for the delay in information,etc. It's such poor leadership.

Believe me, we will all be better off leaving this classless company. Joe V was run off at Merck, now this. He is no good!! Even his side kick Sal realized this was a sinking ship!
 












Who told you that you were staying? Was this information from your mgr? Has anyone else been told they are staying? I have kerydin calls. I am hoping that means I am staying. The reps around me do not sell kerydin only combivent. I am assuming all the combivent reps are gone.
 










































How does seniority work if you have been laid off and brought back. My counterpart and I both started at the same time. However, I have worked for Pdi in past and was laid off and then brought back. Do I have seniority? Or is my past not considered?
