the best approach here is to look, look, and look some more for a new job. It is apparent that there will be some reps retained, and its not only those with Kerydin, there was a mandantory ranking project that every manager had to do; this is done to weed out those that really have not lived up to what the expectations were. Each manager will have a set number of reps and will figure out territories based on product mix: Kerydin, HMN, and possibly a new product. Folks, managers from the DM level on up want people who will do the job. Those that did not wont be retained. I was a manager and anytime I had the chance to weed out a problem, I took that opportunity. Who wants a " I cant make that many calls a week flex time" "Ill do workday when I get the time, Im off today" You know the type....
