No story. Everyone knows about him. He spent a good amount of time on our floor. He was obnoxious and sexist. Proud of it too. And you're probably one of the kids he raised who now can't deal. You speak of asking Canada and Isreal but no need to go that far. Ask ANYONE both floors and previous employees. Guaranteed the company had to have been sued at some point.

Seen MK flirt, but never with any of his direct or indirect Finance employees. The current bully had told some of his former employees some crazy stuff that made them leave. Lawsuits for MK would have been filed by now, if there was anything. #nicetry #deflection #callupaformeremployee

Bullies are desperately unhappy. Anyone who is truly happy wouldn't want to hurt others. Only unhappy people take out their personal frustrations on other people. Only unhappy people are mean. They’re miserable and they want others to feel the same way. They’re insecure & have a low self-esteem. Bullies pick on others and try to destroy a reputation because it takes the focus off of themselves and what they believe are their weaknesses. Hopefully, each and every single bully on 2nd is on the list to be history. Good Riddance and lots of luck to the next company who will have to deal with you!

Yes, I recall. MK left for a new opportunity.

MB created a mess by being a bully. He cannot prioritize and acts like a child. He also made one extremely bad hiring choice (PC) which he couldn’t admit to until it was too late and the damage was done. This showed his lack of leadership.

He expects certain employees to kill themselves working, while he runa home. There has been a tremendous amount of turnover under his watch and more is coming. 3 more recent hires (lasted months and one was weeks) that worked with him to some extent just gave up and resigned. Even if you ignore everything else I have said, 3 people leaving who had been here less than a year tell you everything you need to know.
 






This is simply wow. I seriously think that whatever little independence was remaining for Taro has been mortgaged to sun. I am not sure how long Taro will be an independent company. Days, weeks?

MK was about to be kicked to the curb. He was part of a scandal. He had to go. His children miss him dearly and are on this board complaining or at the office trying to sabotage others.

The stock price is too high at the moment for a buyout by Sun. The system implementation will create synergies across many areas. We already know there are plans to reduce sales and warehouse people.

The best thing to do is update your resume and start interviewing. Depending on your position, you may need to commute to NJ for work, since there are few pharmas in Westchester.
