That is what I would imagine. I was surprised with so much happening in background why are they not making announcements and letting us know the plans for restructuring.

The fact is we have no idea what is going on. Taro will stop marketing branded products for sun and taro. What does it mean for field force? Your guess is as good as mine. Products need support. Not sure how is all this going to work out without good communication.

Check out the SUN board. The SUN managers are being interviewed this week. There are three dates being held for the SUN TMs for thier interviews. No dates have been given yet to either TARO managers or TMs for scheduled interviews. Read between the lines. Even though the eventual map will open up more territories, seems low likelihood that many TARO people will survive. Maybe a few where acne territories are open or the TARO TM is exceptional (probably originally came from Ranbaxy).

There was no play. He was respected. He was smart and got the company through a restatement and a system implementation. He rolled up his sleeves. He was able to realize what the priorities were. He also wasn’t a phony foreigner.

Our entire floor knew he was a joke. Openly heavily flirted with women and was disrespectful. I'm certain the company faced law suits or would eventually as this man had no filter and no manners. He played favorites which I'm sure are the ones praising him now.
He allowed for his favorites to get away with ANYTHING. That's why the 2nd floor has bullies on board, because of the environment he created.

The only bully is MB. Lawsuits will be happening because of him. People are documenting. Canada and Israel respected MK Ask them what they think now. The frustration on the 2nd floor comes from having a child who cannot prioritize leading the team. More resignations are coming...

Resignations won't be necessary because #bullytimesup. ALL bullies / mean kids on the playground are about to be history. Go and bless a different company with your ethics and take your bully tactics with you. We feel bad for those who you bullys claim as your victims. You're fools who think that you're clever. Good luck with the rickety system implementation. You are going to spend tons of money fixing it. Bad system information can lead to a restatement. Tread lightly.
