Cerenovus Division

Ever since SP took over the issues continue to mount. Delayed cereglide and problems with early launch of cerepak. Pathetic leadership here at Cerenovus.

While I'm in no way a fan of SP, these problems are above him. I like Mark but he needs to have some accountability for these launch issues. This problem has plagued CNV/Codman for ages. It's to the point that the field knows Cerenovus will botch the launch and slow plays everything to their physicians. There is no benefit of being on a LMR with these new products when you know your account relationship will be at risk when Cerenovus can't deliver. Nevermind the fact that what is coming out is 4th/5th to the market with no clinical improvement.

Saki is another story. He is an intelligent person, but a poor leader. Unfortunately a lot of talented people were either forced out or left on their own due to his poor leadership. No one wants to follow a leader that says things like " It's just business, it's not personal". I don't see him being able to grow his way to a better culture. While he is there, it will be a constant rep churn until he either gets promoted or fired. Without a talented field or innovative products the growth will be anemic and Cerenovus will slip even further in market share. I would love the division to one day make a drastic turnaround but I'm not sure it will be under the JnJ family when that happens.

Saki sucky and everyone knows it.

Get us real leader like when we had Michael Crouch.

It is very simple. Look at the performance or more less the decline on CNV since he started here. Michael Crouch did an amazing job and handed it off in great condition. Saki has ran it into the ground. Sales and Clinicals are making way less money then they did in the past.

With the delays and new product problems with cerepak and cereglide this place is finally beginning to hit rock bottom. I really believe had they gotten rid of saki and mark we may be in a different spot. Competitors and customers no longer take this place seriously.

I think Saki is really employed by Stryker Neurovasc, hired or contracted to drive cerenovus into the ground. No other reason would make sense for the way he runs things over here. The field sales people make a mockery of him all the time. No one respects him.

Late to market with devices is a major downfall. We introduce products with 5 existing competitors and automatically assume we will win double digits in share. Cerenovus=Late to game
