I am aware that this is a business but I heard that there is a massive global RIF going on...However, I have noticed that many of the "older" employees are being chased off...I thought this was illegal....no? Regardless, the ones who are surviving at my site are the "yes" people and those who are affiliated with AR. I feel sad for those of my colleagues who are suffering this harassment and stress....I am feeling a little stressed out myself but I am hanging in there....We need new, real leaders who can work towards improving AMGEN as a whole...team players....not egocentric, narcissistic, me me me people...real leaders to keep our business competitive and lucrative....I know, it sounds as if I am on a trip (NOT), but I mean well...Good luck to all of us!
