I'm going with 2 weeks total plus legally required WARN of 60 days. Period.
Isn't that all Hospira got after their spinoff from Abbott?

Hospira got better, if you have significant time in at abbott it counts, check hewitt on pension years they are added to abbvie from abbott that did not happen with hospira, my guess if you are say 52 and have 12 years or so, etc, you will get 60 day warn, 12 weeks for each year after 40 and most likely 4 months or so...6-8 months plus vacation time, so could be ok, but the days of 16 months etc are over

What an appropriate term, "severance package". Thats because those who are still around to get severed have no package, or it is an empty sac.
