Can Somebody Set Realistic Goals Around Here?

Who can answer these A/C Questions?
1. Why roll out such high unrealistic goals? How are they made? Why no transparency?
2. Why pile on so much busy work and BS Forecasts when you know the goals are impossible?
3. Why waste marketing resources to 1/2 roll out the weakest promos in the industry?
4. Why call it a Forecast and pretend that you want our input when you are just sending a #?
5. Why can't we open our CIA on handhelds?
6. Why can't the inside reps send new customers a MK form so we know they are a real lead?
7. Why spend so little and expect to compete with AGN?
Answer to your questions is that A/C is not a long term play for Galderma. They have no business in the A/C space. It will be sold in the next few years.

AC hits us with unrealistic quota and large samples knowing the only way to hit the number is to illegally bribe accounts with samples. (demonstration products)If you get caught, you're fired and G gets to act like you broke rules. If you don't bribe, you don't make quota and are gone soon.us
Either way G wins and can't be prosecuted as they hold BS compliance seminars to cover their butt.

It sucks brother. I figure, make 175 and work about 30 hours a week. I let it roll now. Pumping it hard for another week then starting an early Christmas vacation. coasting and chilaxing, get ready for a better 2017.
