Its easy to have Nestle roll down impossible goals and YES them to death quarter after quarter and year after year, who actually has the rocks to say "Quotas aren't realistic; lets re-evaluate and set the company up for success" We have some decent products and some strong workers left here; why keep setting everyone up for failure? We have been "behind and falling short" for so long people don't even hear it anymore. We need Positive Transparency from our leaders. Will anyone stand up? We have been patiently waiting for a long time!
