Nancy and these ladies have all been in difficult positions the last year especially with biosims and Covid.
CEOF was going before Covid and to me it was more the need to down-size/gut the company and sure having more customer focus is always good. When we were in a power position we didn’t care as much about customer care and did what served us best.
I’m appreciative of 20good years and now, just meh. Sometimes I just have to sit bad and laugh(or cry). As they say, you can make this stuff up.

Yes PH was pretty bad and fooled her big time. Many of us left when she was in onc. Yet another example of people quitting their manager. She was also fooled by the heads of rheum and resp from what I know. They too were the cause of many good people quitting. Maybe they had a competition to see who could drive the most people away.

Completely agree. PH leading Phonie F by the nose, KH and other self serving, self promoting sycophants jockeying for position..it’s sickening and sad. Med Affairs leadership is nothing more than a mutual appreciation society.

I have only been here for several years, but now regret ever coming here. I cannot believe the level if incompetence in leadership at all levels. I would imagine Daddy Roche is about to step in and bring us into the Big Pharma fold of metrics, calls, verbatim marketing messages, etc. This is not even close to being the best place to work. When do those surveys come out? Why did I ever leave my other company.
A year later, how is it working out for this place? Genentech tried so hard to make everyone in the industry think that it was such a transformative pioneer. All I am seeing is a disorganized chaos that no one wants to join. What a joke! They need to get their refund from ZS and fire everyone in SSF. Leaving with the severance last year was the best decision I have ever made. The second best decision was to join this once incredible company 24 years ago. It's sad to watch how these morons ruined it.
Agree. I had 20 great years, well the last couple were good but clouded by the inept transformation that was called CeoF which is reality was a mass exodus of the best and brightest.

How about getting rid of the fake D and I? Quita needs to go; she only divides and is one of the biggest racists here. Thanks to the Equality Act that she's supporting my daughter may not get a track scholarship to college. She's worked hard since middle school and now, who knows? And BTW I am a POC.
Sad to see the best company ever, turn into the worst company ever, like this. It's almost amazing. A book should be written about how this happen.I remember when all we talked about is how we re-wrote the medical books on cancer treatment. Now we have re-written the books on how to bring a company down.
