I heard managers already have new zip codes pre-set....they want to get this done and over with by Jan. 1

RBD’s have zip codes, territories and head count. My RBD told me we would be “localizing” in October. Most of south will stay head count neutral, because they drive most of our business. East and Mid-West will get trimmed and West will be a blood letting due to the fact we lose money on headcount out there.
