Not sure who you are referring to, but Cadence reps are working their but to off especially with the price increase. The idiot leaving the messages like pool and gym is just that. An idiot.
 
























Only part of MNK sales force is contract. The rest are legacy reps, some of whom have been with MNK over 12 years or more. We are the foundation of the sales force and have seen this company through good times and bad.

Right now, it's bad.

We are all leaving as soon as we get the chance. This is a loser company filled with people no one has ever heard of. Not one of my accounts has ever seen a Rep from your lame ass company.!! Ever!!!!
 






I don't even understand these posts. Working for Mellonblockhead/ former cadence sucks. Mallenblock has destroyed the Ofirmev business regardless of if they hit their revenue goal. can anyone describe the new culture. I cant. No idea who or what a Mallencrimea is. I am referencing upper mgmt. 3rd qtr is going to be a nightmare. I have never seen surgeons so quickly agree with pharmacy before. Drs hate dealing with pharmacy and on this price rip off issue they are agreeing with them. One irrational decision by mallinbolly followed what is soon to become more hospital irrational decisions. Patients are not considered by either.

I am surprised people are not resigning. How has no one left yet
 


















People will leave ASAP. Everyone is looking. It takes time. No one wants to stay here. If they tell you different they are just playing the game. Most reps will leave!! Why would you stay??
 












I wonder what the gross revenue's per rep are for both companies? Maybe the Cadence reps produce more?

Mallinckrodt Brands sold, about $200 million last year with about 220 reps before the expansion? That is less than $.91 million in gross sales per rep.

Cadence had about $110 million in sales in 2013. I think Cadence has 80 reps but not sure. That is gross revenue of about $1.38 per rep if correct.

Not a big difference, if correct. Of course we need the average sales bonus per rep to really look at pay levels. Yes, bonus is earned. So is salary.

Of course this is better with real numbers. Just because reps have the same job title and similar responsibilities does not mean they have the same value.
 






























Most Cadence reps will have difficulty finding new work without a significant pay cut. Most companies are not paying those kind of wages especially for selling one product that was not technical to sell. Many companies will not even interview people who have made high wages since they feel you won't work for less. Good luck, you are going to need it.
By the way, you were making those high wages and Cadence never made a profit, you need to understand basic economics before bragging about how much you make.
