Why quit? I work 2-3 hours a day, my manger doesn’t care and my golf game has improved. This is the best gig in pharma as there is absolutely no over sight. Just like when people where jumping ship before latuda went generic screaming the sky is falling and a complete turnover in senior management, I still worked 2-3 hours a day and, still here riding the gravy train.

So how is this going to work?

Aptiom goes generic in less than two years and is so far behind its budget.

Gemtesa’s main competitor goes generic in a year.

Myfembree is losing money.

and now Ulotaront bombs.

Next novel launch isn’t until 2033 and is based on Ulotaront.

AND…they are telling us the severances won’t be as good as what we were just offered.

In business some people would call this a death spiral
 








Why is there so much upper management across all of these brands. It is baffling all the layers of leadership that seems duplicate. Why on the survey wasn’t there more space for fill in the blank and why are we still running as very separate divisions
