They do not know what they are doing - pushing some of the best employees out like in Account Management because they feel they are a threat. Then there is the rumor mill - trying to destroy those with rumors to management. I wonder if Mickey or Michael know about all this?

$55,000 base - $14,000 paid over about 3 months in the beginning - insurance is great - making that commission is a little harder unless you are in the right state. The southern states don't get into the "BL Story". They want a collector to do 80 specimens a week when other companies will take 40 a week for full time. This AM set-up is not in person - They have let LabPartner slide - got rid of the best person for it. Limited her. They have cut costs. Only a couple of reps are making this - one of the regional managers is a self serving bitch -this is what I have heard from the female reps in her district. Some people who are under performing do not get PIP plans. They will transition you out in the in.
 






Hey is LCA not doing the CTC test by the end of the month. Rep said there is not going to be any replacement codes. Not accepting CTC test tubes after June 28th?
Can anyone give any insight to this? Please help, not silly comments.

Base is $55k with a $14k bonus paid over three months - after that unless you are in New England - you will not make that. The model is addiction - does not work in most places with big hospital treatment centers. Watch out for the office politics - they want someone with an addiction background or story. Discriminate somewhat if you do not have it. Model is dead but in some areas. Reimbursements are down and they are bleeding money.

Glad you have a good situation, i wish i had that. My manager is self serving person, my territory has a million write offs because of molecular path so i cant get any bonus except for minimal call in bonus, and i have to work so much because i have no counterparts to handle internal and kae accounts because of a hiring freeze.. How does that situation sound to you?

The south district has struggled - the northern territories and Northeast is prime territory. They had an HR manager drunk at one the early year events making a foul of herself. Drinking parties and strip dancing were the norms. Has quieted down a bit. Some really great people. The reimbursements are down - insurance companies are bleeding money due to ObamaCare - now they are taking longing for reimbursements. If you do not fit in with the company addiction mission - you will be gone - especially if you are a rep that wants sales vs. mission. The mission comes first. I heard Michael came in one day and threw his hands up that he had enough. I think that they grow faster than they should have held up on hiring. I think Tara after losing several reps had enough. Used her grandparents as an excuse to get out of a sinking ship in the south. I think they in the company gossip and tell stories a lot - gotten some in trouble for nothing. People are nice - sales people at one time were treated well - now they are forced to stay at a Super 8 - eating sandwiches a lot. Before long we will be staying at a campground pitching our own tent.

So this is why the company went under. People don't work. Sales over mission always. One girl didn't make a sale for a year at Burlington. Who allows such nonsense. Then they have a sales coordinator, who just pics people up at the airport. They pay him for this. Seriously. That is why Burlington is in the mess they are in. Just horribly managed.

How does sales reps drinking while together and working at a toxicology company negatively correlate whatsoever? That's pretty much every sales company gathering in any industry...

Even if you made the argument that they focus on addiction, which you didn't, it doesn't mean people that don't suffer from addiction problems can't enjoy themselves. Absolutely absurd premise. Be better.

20 or so employees in recovery out of 180 employees at the time. 180/20=more than half. Yup, I even rounded down. Completely understandable to make the jump from employees not in recovery drinking to the company passing out heroin. I was sort of afraid to "go there" myself, but I'm glad someone else with reasonable and sound thinking was on the same page. I don't love to use the word "hero", especially in describing people's willingness to speak up and just lay out hard cold true facts, but it would be irresponsible of me to not recognize your bravery. Also, I don't live in Vermont and want to echo your sentiment on the area. Any state that has the fucking morgan horse as its state animal is utterly useless.

If you guys don't like, or can't handle, the hard hitting facts and absolutely scorching hot takes, then this sin;t the place for you.
 






Burlington is so stupid. I have been with Burlington for a year. Stupid fools, I downloaded all there accounts. Competition now has the accounts. They can go after and show just how stupid Burlington is. They have no heart or soul. Burn Burlington burn. You are useless.
