Money problems - reimbursement issues- not paying vendors- phones cut off - credit cards not working- getting rid of reps- or not hiring reps. NC rep left and took their biggest account with them. The focus is on the company story in areas that don't identify with it outside of northeast. Many states don't have Medicaid paying which hurts. Revolving door in sales. Three sales districts - looking at maybe deleting the southern district and it's team.
 






scientists is a bit of a stretch. Sales people if you call high school drop-outs that call in billing issues are sales then we are on the same page.

The exact problem with Labcorp is the above two sentences. No one work together and each division doesn't respect the other. I have always said it is harder to get my own company to play ball and be on the same page as me as. Sales rep then the office itself cooperating. This company is a joke!

This is what happens when you run the company entirely too lean and don't invest in your employees via training, long term success with a direction, and real growth opportunities. This company's business model or lack thereof is recipe for disaster within 5 years. If they don't have the capital to buy other labs they will have nothing but an old crusty company who will be left wondering what happened. Time to leave the 70'-80's and get into the year 2016.

This is what happens when you run the company entirely too lean and don't invest in your employees via training, long term success with a direction, and real growth opportunities. This company's business model or lack thereof is recipe for disaster within 5 years. If they don't have the capital to buy other labs they will have nothing but an old crusty company who will be left wondering what happened. Time to leave the 70'-80's and get into the year 2016.

Labcorp isn't getting the best and brightest. They get grunt work horses with no where else to go currently on payroll and promote them or get some reject from another company.

For one the pay is excellent, two my manager is awesome, and three I barely work.

Glad you have a good situation, i wish i had that. My manager is self serving person, my territory has a million write offs because of molecular path so i cant get any bonus except for minimal call in bonus, and i have to work so much because i have no counterparts to handle internal and kae accounts because of a hiring freeze.. How does that situation sound to you?

Be thankful? That kind of thinking leads people to settle in all affairs of life. Thats like saying your spouse is an incessant lying, cheating, gambling fool but be happy because you have a spouse..People act like labcorp is the only place to earn a living. There are plenty of jobs and companies out there. When a situation is no longer tolerable, it is time to move on. You make no bonus, performing 4 jobs in 1 but only get paid a salary for 1 and your boss only cares about themself. Yeah sign me up for that!
 






Or when HR parties with the sales persons. HR Manager doing strip dancing and lap dancing - drunk at company events. Some of the home office managers are green. They do not know what they are doing - pushing some of the best employees out like in Account Management because they feel they are a threat. Then there is the rumor mill - trying to destroy those with rumors to management. I wonder if Mickey or Michael know about all this?
