I got an offer yesterday that I am very excited about. 2 more weeks here and I can put in my notice. Goodbye GSK and Richard. Nucala is a great drug and my team mates are fantastic. I can’t help but to shake my head at Management/ Ricky and their decisions.

C'mon man be smarter than that! When you are ready to give your 2 weeks, be a superstar give them a month!! You'll get an extra two weeks pay, you look like a great guy to future and current employers. Your manager and another rep/manager will check you out in 24-48 hrs tops, and you can enjoy the next 4 weeks sipping umbrella drinks by the pool. If you are even brighter, give notice the last day of the month. You'll be glad you did!

I wouldn't give any notice at all and see how long it took for them to figure it out. With the pervasive incompetence you might find that you can keep collecting paychecks for months.
