Pretty obvious to rule out companies mentioned as suitors so far since moderators would delete.

Probably makes sense to start focusing on teva. If they dont find shelter in merger with another anchor then they will most certainly die a quicker death.

Home office is finally trickling into the office. Meanwhile the salesforce has been in and out of dr offices and hospitals for over a year.

No answers to the survey, turning a blind eye to the culture problem, defensive nature of sales leadership and overall distrust of the salesforce. We have seen zero positive change. What is it that you actually do Richard and Sherri?

Nothing show how much you care more than how you treat people. As your scream from your tower, “Show us your loyalty!”
 






They created the bad culture. First, they deny that the bad culture exists. Then after many people left in a couple months, they say that the bad culture is our fault. It’s not my fault that the most narcissistic and incompetent leaders are rewarded here. Their leadership is blame the victim. Thanks for embodying accountability Sherri and Richard. Great example. I have been interviewing and can’t wait to get off the Titanic.

wow, I so agree with your post. That town hall was the most embarrassing thing I have ever seen and I have lost all respect for Richard and I never had any respect for Sherri. What a JOKE the leadership in this BU has become, it’s disgusting!!!!
 






Sounded like they didn’t even believe the lies they were spewing. It was bad and they are both terrible at their jobs. You know things are bad here when Eric leaves...he’s constantly getting promoted yet still realizes that ultimately gsk is dead.
 












I hope maya stops the survey nonsense. Sherri and Richard have repeatedly lied about the results. Transparency and integrity are 2 core values that Sherri and Richard are trashing. The specialty bu has become a disaster and as bad as the rest of GSK.
