Richard made several bad hires, chose ladies of color to lead good people and he got burned, to his credit he most likely did not want to hire them but did it anyway and now people are leaving for a better culture. GSK should really consider hiring the best Leaders, it will pay off and the culture will change in an instant.

SM lies about culture scores- they’re bad. RL ignores culture complaints during calls. They continue to reward the worst fvps. I guess it’s too difficult for them to admit that the culture is awful because it reflects poorly on their leadership. Accountability applies only to AS snd FLL but not to SM and RL. Wake up
Maya and ask them why they continue to protect the negative culture.
 






Who benefits from the toxic culture?

I’ve spent q1 interviewing and just resigned. I didn’t leave for money. I left because I respect myself and don’t want to be subjected to the toxicity. I would have taken a pay cut to escape.

I have heard this RL several times when he hosted calls to hear feedback he asked for. I remember several instances when instead of listening to feedback shared by some account specialists, he immediately disagreed, be very defensive and also verbalized his contradictions to some feedback.
 


















What’s concerning is that leadership denies that the culture is toxic and then blames the reps for the toxic culture which they just denied. easy to be senior leadership at gsk. Lead a toxic culture, make bad business decisions and have zero accountability.
