I have heard this RL several times when he hosted calls to hear feedback he asked for. I remember several instances when instead of listening to feedback shared by some account specialists, he immediately disagreed, be very defensive and also verbalized his contradictions to some feedback.Nucala culture went south once we became part of sbu. I’ll never forget the first meeting. Power of one rah rah but a good portion of you are losing their jobs in the next month. This set the tone for the business unit. SM lies about culture scores- they’re bad. RL ignores culture complaints during calls. They continue to reward the worst fvps. I guess it’s too difficult for them to admit that the culture is awful because it reflects poorly on their leadership. Accountability applies only to AS snd FLL but not to SM and RL. Wake up
