Replies on here are pretty hard edged. Doubt anyone believes any of it due to the obvious intent to be mean and blaming only a couple individuals. Whoever those ppl are, they can't be that bad!
 






Remove all the posts that you want. You both are miserable and dumb. The site hates you.

Stay away from the quality and supply chain groups. Everyone is quitting. The leaders are terrible and will steal your work. If you can’t find a better job then this you are not trying. We spend all day looking for new jobs. You don’t want to come to these groups.
 












Global is adequate but not accountable. We have two incompetent high school girls in leadership roles. They are terrible people.

The run rate is missed. The former site head is looking at building another BDS site in Ireland. This site will be closed in the near future.
 


















The Tribune poll was strongly influenced to be positive. Most staff did not respond. How fast people are quitting is the truth. That was just announced to be very high but everyone at the site already new that.
 






























Tom is a yes man....that explains his survival. Anyone who goes against the grain will be vilified by incestuous SLT and pushed out. Some of the dead wood that has been around since PDL days (and have yet to show success) needs to be purged but that would take leadership. These people repeat leadership mantra ad nauseam but don't have the slightest idea of how the real world works.
 






The new site head is a waste. Can’t make a simple strategy decision but can micromanage every other decision that has already been dealt with. He spent last weekend with Eric. Your knees are still dirty Matt.
 






Takeda is broke. Just like last year the leadership people will take all of the bonus and promo money. I was told I could not get promo last year because there was no money then half of leadership people got promoted.
 






Stop sending your disaster to other sites to work on her leadership skills. She is so stubborn and frustrating to be around we just try to avoid her whenever she is out here. They should make her deliver work for the MSL group and not try to tell everyone how it all works at other sites.
