Since overall performance is suffering, shouldn't 10% of the senior leadership team be removed as well? I can think of at least 3: One is already gone, Perry and one other. Seems fair right?

Many questionable decisions from management lately but Ped Adult split was the most ignorant decision and continues be. Management should look in the mirror and be honest with themselves before they think of cutting reps. This ship isn't going to get turned around without addressing the real issues.

Good questions. In this goofy ass company you can be bottom 10% for goal attainment, but top half of the country for volume or share growth. Makes no fuckin sense.What is meant by bottom 10 percent?
Bottom 10% in growth for MYD? Bottom 10 % in MYD volume? How will Vyvanse be factored in? Will it be the bottom 10% in each zone? Will entire regions be cut if they are not in a favorable managed care environment? Will this be ped and adult reps ranked together? How about RDs? Will there be a restructure?
