Bottom 10% of NBU gone in 4 weeks!







Do you people not understand business??? Everything is based upon profitability indexes. Obviously the lowest performing reps will not survive. But the higher paid reps, new or old will also be let go if volume does not meet a threshold, regardless of skill level.

That’s the motivation behind this sale in the first place.... cut cost to service debt from combined revenues. Next to nobody in the neuroscience division should expect to be around a quarter after the sale.
 
























Many questionable decisions from management lately but Ped Adult split was the most ignorant decision and continues be. Management should look in the mirror and be honest with themselves before they think of cutting reps. This ship isn't going to get turned around without addressing the real issues.

Management's heads are stuck in the sand... perry s. Mark r. and Kevin c. Are in way over their heads. They would be average reps. why would they admit their horrible business decisions (adult/ped territories when company's are looking to buy. They want prospective company's to think this is a well oiled money making machine. They realize a company won't ask reps how things are going in the field until after the buyout.

I have no problem with that!
As long as we get accurate sales numbers, pay is accurate, IC Plan communicated in a timely manner, sales quota are provided prior to mid quarter AND we stop paying Ped Reps for losing market share !

I will hold HQ accountable just as u do with me.

I still thoroughly enjoy my role and wish we could get back to One Shire and just get along !

Besides, we are here for the patients we serve..

Some of the laziest and entitled reps in pharma are in the NBU. Will be entertaining to watch the rug get pulled from under them
 






What is meant by bottom 10 percent?
Bottom 10% in growth for MYD? Bottom 10 % in MYD volume? How will Vyvanse be factored in? Will it be the bottom 10% in each zone? Will entire regions be cut if they are not in a favorable managed care environment? Will this be ped and adult reps ranked together? How about RDs? Will there be a restructure?

At the NSM, KC and MR said that we needed to “embrace higher performance.” Will those who didn’t give a tight enough squeeze in the embrace be on the chopping block?

How much is in the Takeda buyout offer to fund severance for displaced employees?

Come on management: if you are going to threaten us, at least tell us what unattainable goals we need to meet to keep our jobs a bit longer!

Good questions. In this goofy ass company you can be bottom 10% for goal attainment, but top half of the country for volume or share growth. Makes no fuckin sense.
