Bobby Smithson

What a bunch of losers hiding behind a keyboard! Bobby is a good man and works very hard for the people of CPL. If you have good ideas on how to make the company better, then share them. We are all in this boat together, either help keep it afloat or jump! I promise no one will miss you if you are a jumper!

Here are just a few that would help us step up our game:

- Billing department overhaul
- Accountability in lab
- Online appointment scheduling
- Increase test compendium
- Mobile Check-in
- APP
- LIS that works?
- Managed Care TEAM (emphasis on team)
- Specialty Testing - In House!
- Have you seen LabCorp Link?
- Accudraw equivalent
- Hospital sales strategy (increase test compendium)
- Web based account invoices
- In house IT department (interfacing is a joke)

You could stop at number 1 of you list! Hey Bobby remember the term of the year “accountability”? Get off your fat ass and hold them accountable for the piss poor job they do.

Yours truly,

Sales Department

I was fortunate to have left CPL a few months ago. At that time, our region's daily sample count was around 450. While cleaning my office recently, I found paperwork that showed our daily sample count HAD actually been over 1,000 in late 2018. Of course everyone struggled at CPL but I was really shocked to see just how far we had actually dropped in such a short time!

When exactly did BS become president? Was it 2018?

YES! Bobby became president in 2018. Exactly our point, we're sinking faster than the titanic! Personally I'll be damned if I waste any more time rearranging the deck chairs.

Are you referring to the Southeast drop off? Easy answer. The original people who built that area are gone. They had a "dead man switch" on a fair share of their business and converted it quickly to a few other labs.

You forgot to add Michelle G. She is poison and needs to go! Amazing that she has lasted this long!

I really like Michelle but she is in the wrong position and is in over her head. Unfortunately this is the case for most VP's but not all. Many provide great stories that we get to hear over and over and over and over again in Austin of the deals they closed in years past.

Have you ever noticed all the VP's and GM's that just sit around and do nothing during these meetings while the RSM's are actually working and getting shit done? This is exactly like any other day at CPL where these jackasses do nothing and the RSM's make it happen.

Austin meetings are a complete waste of my time. VP’s should have the meeting and relay the information downstream to their teams. No reason to spend all the time and resources by bringing everyone in.

Allow me to teach you a couple things about CPL. First just sit back and do nothing but act busy. Second kiss the presidents ass. Bobby is a fool with a big ego but if you kiss up to him he will treat you better than most. These two rules I live by and have been here nearly 10 years.

these are the basics that we don’t have! help us compete by providing us the tools to do so.

Ahh the guy that has been promoted because he kisses so much ass you don’t know where Bobby ends and he begins.
