Really???? Ever see a manager over quota but his whole sales team is under water??? You don't think Zoll changed his number???? It happens all the time. Ever see a new rep come in where the quota used to by 100k and then is cut in half for the new rep??? Don't tell me they don't change numbers for the sake of new employees or managers.
They do it all the time. When you are hied new your quota is set at what the territory is actually doing. with the increases every two weeks it only takes a year to year and a half and your quota will be at the point that it was for the poor soul that left before you. It will spiral out of control and you will leave too. The quota will then be lowered to what the territory is actually doing for the new poor should coming on board. Wash, rinse repeat!

She is grasping for her job. When TM are not preforming or making quota the RM has to show they are doing everything right. She lining up who to fire.. I promise you that. Its not micromanagement its about who to fire so she looks like shes not the problem the TM are. Zoll has us over step our boundaries everyday looking for MO's so were not the one that gets fired. The thing that will save our jobs is turning in zoll for the unethical practices.
