It was two weeks of training to learn a new disease state, our CAR-T and all the competitors. Phase 2 started this week. Hardly more than a few hours of work. Add on top of that all the training for the launch. GFY.

And the unqualified would never hire anyone who could blow the whistle on their incompetence. So they hire even less qualified under them. Any wonder how they drove the business to the ground? Doesn’t matter how great the R&D is because the commercial cheerleaders will always run the show and it’s easier to get away with justifying non-STEM criteria for hire. Commercial salaries are twice the clinical R&Ds.

Yup! You perfectly capture life in Commercial. When a new Director joins, usually by promotion, SOP is to hire the unqualified as ADs and Sr. Managers, and freeze out the competent team members who did all the work previously. Can't make those high earning Directors look like the idiots they are!

Diversity quotas in action! But you can bet that they’ll be the only ones left until the company burns to the ground. Management got the greenlight to displace people of non-color and look what happened. Doesn’t matter if they’re illiterate. Too bad the talented ones who actually deserve the ranks now get mixed in with the tokens. Then they go hog wild in being the boss of you. Don’t bother fighting PIPs from these lotto winners. The company isn’t going to screw their own agenda by being fair. Diversity is a gold star flaunted at town hall meetings by leadership. Look! I got one, too!
