BMS a lousy place to work now

When your leaders hire their spouses that are unqualified into managerial positions, and they in turn hire their unqualified friends, the net-net result is devastating.

Hint - I am talking about you BMS. Look around at the collateral damage over the years and failed launches.

On many levels BMS is nothing more than a paycheck protection scam.
 




Agree things are getting worse before getting better.

But you going on about two 1-hour trainings over two days…how dare they double your work week and now you have to reschedule your Brazilian appointment.

It was two weeks of training to learn a new disease state, our CAR-T and all the competitors. Phase 2 started this week. Hardly more than a few hours of work. Add on top of that all the training for the launch. GFY.

Commercial salaries are twice the clinical R&Ds.

Yup! You perfectly capture life in Commercial. When a new Director joins, usually by promotion, SOP is to hire the unqualified as ADs and Sr. Managers, and freeze out the competent team members who did all the work previously. Can't make those high earning Directors look like the idiots they are!
