100 percent correct. Our Sr. Dir. told the team that there is no guarantee we will not be let go in the fall. How is anyone supposed to go about their work with that hanging over their head? My direct manager spends his time looking to place blame on others. People lie, cheat, and throw their team members and direct reports under the bus on a daily basis. I do not understand how this is allowed to continue. It's as if toxic managers are enabled and encouraged at BMS.

He should take some notes on how Mancini & Mercier are killing it at Genmab & Gilead. We lost a lot of quality when we lost them & got stuck with Tweedle Dumb.

If Q2 numbers were bad, why would Q3 be any different? Similar issues plague recently launched brands, morale is even worse, Eliquis & Rev keep sliding. What’s the solution in Q3? Fire everyone?
