I have to agree with this post. Too long we were told no cuts no layoffs. Everything is fine. Just keep working; showing increases and all will be well. I dont trust him to tell the truth. The cuts will be deeper than he is saying. I dont think it will 40% but closer to 25%

Give the buyouts to who wants them, then gut the rest!! You know the top wont get cut so who cares about the bottom. They are going to keep the newest and the cheapest! Look what happened to Abbott.
 






I know who is getting let go. It is you and it is going to be Monday. If you see your DM calling you don't pick up the phone! Pack up your stuff, get in your car, throw all of the remaining samples you have at the one office that still takes them, cash out your 401K, and head to the beach somewhere. A six-pack and a sunburn later none of this will matter.
 






Yeah surely they wouldn't give everyone info to start studying for the big Vegas meeting and wait even a few days to cut them. I think it will be Monday too. The strange thing is I know someone who's leaving for ASH Monday- are they going to cut reps while in Jersey next week?

If you are in a HEAVILY restricted access territory and can only see 50 docs - you have something to worry about. These are the territories that will be reduced to 1 or 2 reps. If you are in the middle of ruralville Kansas and are a low volume territory - you have something to worry about. These are the territories that will be reduced to 1 or 2 reps. If you have under performed for several years - you have some to worry about. If you go to a family reunion to pickup chicks - you MAY be a redneck. If you have HIV or do meth, you may be a RD in the MW.

Wow- really people?? I came on here to see if this site was for real and clearly ppl you are all full of shit--ok most. we all dont know anything, will there be cuts, prob. Will they let go top performers, prob not. Are there too many reps in certain areas, yes. And if a territory has low volume and no access, worry. I dont see how ppl can throw around #s of who is going, and think they know eveverything. I am a rep in Southern Cali and believe thing are going to be moved, shaked and reorganized. New territories, new Managers and maybe even new counterparts. But that is what "I" believe not what I heard on the plane goin to NJ!!
 
























Listen- home office ee here. Word in Parsippany is that about one salesforce will be gone. Management should be more careful when using the printers. Beware- no one is safe.
