Are they coming out with new products? How are they paying direct reps vs distrubutor reps? Can a rep be competitive coming into a underperforming territory?

I, too, would like some opinions on this opportunity. I know CafePharma isn't the best place for constructive replies, but I am at a loss for who to ask. I have an opportunity to interview with the California distributor for these products and it would be my first time in device sales. I was told that the base is $40K and the expectation for the first year is $100K, with the previous rep (a rep from Pfizer; I am also coming from pharma) earning $110K. Are the products not well-received? Are they being surpassed by newer technology? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

the company is being run by some 30 yr old kid with very little to no experience. most of the management team in FL are clueless and don't have much contact with their customers. they run business mostly by trial and error. the division won't last long, will probably get sold off....

Growth is laughable, considering the limited size of the microfixation market. Not sure what you mean by "weed," perhaps you've been smoking some?

Announced last month that nearly all manufacturing will be sent to Warsaw In & China. Lots of people needlessly losing jobs. Not because of poor performance or profit. Just greedy owner investors. Layoffs start Oct. 09
